RHYTHM
This is our classic. Mixed rhythms, genres, artists and music eras.
FUSION
Rhythm class of 45 minutes plus 5 minutes of strength training.
DUATHLON
Head outdoors: 20-minute ride, optional 15-minute jog, then 20 more on the bike.
TRIBUTE
50-minute class, with a twist—the music is all about one featured artist, band, genre, or decade!
