Xcycle Gear Recommendations
For the best indoor cycling experience at Xcycle, we recommend wearing lightweight breathable clothing and padded cycling shorts or fitted leggings.
Our bikes feature
dual pedals. Wear SPD-compatible cycling shoes for a more secure and powerful ride or wear regular athletic sneakers. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. No worries if you forget – we offer towels and water bottles for sale.
To optimize your performance, we highly recommend bringing a
heart rate strap compatible with ANT+ technology. Additionally, we are Apple watch compatible.
Your First Class
We’ve all been there — and don’t worry, we’ll be right here to support you!
Please arrive
10–15 minutes before class so we can get you properly set up and ready to ride.
Joining a new group can feel intimidating, but remember, everyone rides at their own pace and condition level. Focus on
your own journey. Listen to your body instead of trying to match others. Take it at your own speed — you’re just beginning an exciting new program!
Booking and Cancellation Policies
You may book classes online or through the XCYCLE App. We enforce a late cancellation and no show policy. Failure to attend your class results in a fee and you will retain your session credit to use within your regular billing cycle.
- We enforce an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before to avoid a late cancellation fee of $10.
- A $15 no-show fee applies if you fail to attend a class without prior cancellation.
Running Late?
- If you're running late, don’t worry — we’ll hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after class time begins. For example, if your class starts at 8:00 AM, your spot is guaranteed until 8:05 AM. At 8:05:01, we’re unable to let you in.
- After that time, we unfortunately cannot allow entry into the studio, and your class will be marked as used. Your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. While no additional fees will be charged, we truly appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a safe, timely, and seamless experience for all riders.
Waitlist Policy
- We want everyone to ride! Our system auto-enrolls waitlisted members in order as spots open.
- You'll get an email when you're added to class.
- Auto-enrollment stops 60 minutes before class time.
- If you no longer wish to be part of the waitlist, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added and then having to late cancel.
